The Aria Medical group already had their own web designer but they were stuck on some php forms which they needed in English and Spanish and we were asked to programme the forms.
We created for them one form in English and another in Spanish, both with security captchas (turing code) to avoid spammers taking advantage of the form scripts.
We gave the form code to the web designer with instructions on how to integrate it easily into their web site.
