Teamviewer Remote Support

Teamviewer is our preferred support software allowing us secure and authorised access to your computer, so whether you are on a mac or pc, rather than have to pay for a costly call out to your location, most issues can be fixed with remote support.
*note - remote support is offered as a courtesy service.
Whilst most issues can be resolved remotely, on some occasions where the issue is not related to the services we provide, we will ask that you seek the services of a qualified IT technician who can help you.
Instructions on using Teamviewer
1. initiate a live support chat from the live chat section (you need to be online with support rep)
2. download the teamviewer application from the links below and install it on your computer
3. run the teamviewer application
4. the team viewer will display a username and password, give those details to the support rep in the live chat
5. support rep will then connect to your device.
