At appx 11.15am CET I have received an alert from our monitoring service saying that one of our servers in our German data centre is not reachable. Upon investigation we have found that the data center has had some routing issues related to electical and they were working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
At 11:45am I have received notification that the data center team is rebooting the server.
At 11:58am CET I have received notiifcation that the server is back online and functioning as before.
The result of this issue was 38 minutes of downtime.
Our apologies for any inconveneince caused but have been told that the issue has been resolved and not to expect any further disruptions.

Update: According to current knowledge, there was a power failure at 11:00
am in the DC7, DC10 + DC12. Due to the concomitant failure of core network
technology at the Falkenstein site, there was a short-term failure of the
entire network in Datacenterpark Falkenstein due to the power failure

In the meantime, the power supply in the three affected data centers could
be provisionally restored (without UPS protection).
The cause of the failure was a strong voltage reduction in the local power
grid. Why it has come despite failures UPS backup, is still under review.
Currently, the restoration of the secure operation has top priority.
Our engineers are in the process of determining how many servers need to be
manually checked after the interruption.
