How to do a Hard Refresh in Chrome (also called Cache Refresh)

You are reading this page because you are using the Google Chrome browser and you are looking at a web page which has been changed but its still showing old images/data/text. 

Usually you would make a browser refresh as described here but sometimes Chrome needs an extra kick to refresh the contents of the locally stored cache because Chrome caches items in order to speed up the user expereince of the browser.

Simply open your web page and follow the steps below.
