Auto Folder Cleanup

My email account keeps getting full. How do I auto delete emails?

You are reading this becasue you have an email account which is either nearing its limit or keeps reaching its limit and you need a smart way to auto delete older emails from your account in order that your account does not go over quota.

Our system allows the use of "folder cleanups", or rather a way for us to assign a date limit or total emails that should be retained in your account.

For example, if you only wanted to keep emails from the last 90 days, then we would specify in your mailbox settings to delete anything older than 90 days.

If you need to be able to assign folder cleanups in order to maintain your account within your quota, then just drop us a line at, telling us the rules you would like us to set and we will update your account for you.

See below the current ruleset for folder cleanups.
