Can you ping our mail server address?

In terms of troubleshooting, doing a "PING" can confirm a couple of useful things:

1. Will determine if you have access to the internet
2. Will determine if you can reach a certain destination on the internet

In order to determine that you can indeed reach our mail servers from your location, then you need to do the following:

ON WINDOWS MACHINES
1. Open Start Menu
2. Find Run
3. In the RUN menu type the following PING POP.123MARBELLA.COM -T

ping-on-windows_400

ON APPLE MACS
1. Open Applcations > Utilities
2. Find the network utility
3. On the ping tab enter the following network address
POP.123MARBELLA.COM

ping-on-mac_400
