What is my smtp and imap/pop server address?

The following servers and ports are used to send and receive emails via our mail servers.

Note 1: To configure your email you will need your email username (which is your email address) and your password which we will have given you when you have signed up (we call it the welcome email).

Note 2: We have a simple to follow help tool https://help.emailsrvr.com. If thats too complicated for you, please see note 4.

Note 3: If you are using SSL connections (which is receomended), ensure that you tick the SSL check box in your email client and configure the correct ports. If you dont know what this means then please see note 4.

Note 4: If you are having issues, then please give the welcome email we sent to you to a qualified IT professional. It has all the details they need to configure your email account on any device.


NON Secure connections are as follows....(we recommend Secure SSL)

SMTP smtp.123marbella.net 25 / 587 / 8025 / 2525 (we recommend 587)
IMAP imap.123marbella.net 143

SECURE SSL connections are as follows. (Recommended)

POP3 with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 995
SMTP with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 465
IMAP with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 993
